Not everyone is aware that one of the best ways to help in times of disaster is through the ELCA’s Disaster Response. 100% of all funds contributed go directly to disaster relief efforts. They can do that because the cost of administering and publicizing is borne by the ongoing mission support from the congregations of the ELCA.
