Dear Grace Lutheran Church Community,
The health and safety of all Grace Lutheran Church members is of utmost concern as we watch the rapidly developing situation with regard to minimizing spread of coronavirus. As a result, the following decisions have been made regarding events at our church this weekend:
- On Sunday, March 15 there will be a modified worship service starting at 9:30 am with a mini Sunday School immediately to follow.
- The Art Auction and Jazz Concert on Saturday evening, 3/14, will be postponed until we get an all clear from our health officials. We have several bids already placed on artwork as part of the GIF fund raiser. We will suspend any further bidding after Sunday’s worship service until we reschedule the Art Auction and Jazz concert.
- The Chili Cookoff will be suspended with a decision to reschedule after we get an all clear from health officials.
- The Partners in Faith Potluck scheduled for Friday, March 13 has been canceled.
- The Crossroads International Benefit Concert featuring Sung Hee Kim schedule for Saturday, March 14 has been suspended until future notice.
- Next weeks, March 18th Lent Soup Supper has been canceled. Please watch for additional cancelations of future soup suppers.
